Trapezoidal profile for roof and wall cladding with a height of 35.5mm and 207mm rib width
The load-bearing trapezoidal profile FischerTRAPEZ® 35 / 207 is manufactured from a galvanised, AluZinc or pre-painted steel coil, depending on the customer's choice, and is delivered ready for installation. The sheet thickness can be selected from six different values from 0.63 to 1.50mm. Depending on the sheet thickness, the weight of this component ranges between 5.9 and 14.1 kg/m2. The maximum available length is 27m, but the recommended length is 18m.
The "IFBS technical rules for lightweight metal construction" apply to the installation of FischerTRAPEZ®.
FischerTRAPEZ® is one of the classics when it comes to designing cost effective, attractive, building envelopes. Depending on the customer's choice, the load-bearing trapezoidal profiles are manufactured from galvanised, AluZinc coated or pre-painted steel and is suitable for the construction of both walls and roofs.
Trapezoidal profiles in heights from 35mm to 200mm can be produced on the modern computer-controlled Fischer Profil plant.
Deeper profiles can be produced on request.
The maximum available length of the trapezoidal profiles is 27m.
FischerTRAPEZ® for cold roofs is available in 12 different profile geometries. FischerTRAPEZ® for warm roofs is available in 9 different profile geometries. This means that the right trapezoidal shape can be chosen depending on the application and the requirements for stability, weight and self-supporting capacity. The trapezoidal profiles are available in sheet thicknesses from 0.63mm to 1.50mm, and have all been optimised with regard to their stability. They are available in a variety of profile geometries to meet the highest aesthetic demands.
When using FischerTRAPEZ® for cold roof construction the sheets are laid in a negative position. In addition to the classic FischerTRAPEZ® profiles, the FischerTRAPEZ® KD product range can also be used for cold roof construction. The roof sheets have a specially profiled water trap which interrupts the capillary action in the overlap area. The trapezoidal profiles can be easily installed in the longitudinal joint, as they are equipped with a support foot which prevents the trapezoidal profiles from slipping. FischerTRAPEZ® KD reliably protects the building from the weather and gives it its distinctive character. When constructing single-skin roofs, a 1.5mm thick polyester fleece can be applied to the inside of the FischerTRAPEZ® profiles. This prevents condensation water from dripping into the building. Anti-drumming sound insulation is available for all FischerTRAPEZ® profiles, which is subsequently attached to the trapezoidal profiles.
When using FischerTRAPEZ® as part of a warm roof construction the profiled sheets are laid in a positive orientation. In addition to the classic FischerTRAPEZ® profiles, the FischerTRAPEZ® AK product range is also available for use as part of a warm roof construction. The perforated acoustic profiles achieve a reduction of the surrounding sound levels. When constructing multi-layered ventilated metal roofs, a 1.5mm thick polyester fleece can be applied to the inside of the FischerTRAPEZ® profiles. This prevents condensation water from dripping into the thermal insulation. Anti-drumming sound insulation is available for all FischerTRAPEZ® building elements, which is subsequently attached to the trapezoidal profiles.
The coating choices offered for FischerTRAPEZ® profiles combine sophisticated aesthetics with high corrosion protection. You can choose between the premium pre-finished steel - Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® and Colorcoat Prisma® - which both offer a wide colour choice, all with excellent UV protection. Fischer Profil offers the Confidex® Guarantee on both products with a lifetime of up to 40 years.
The "IFBS technical rules for lightweight metal construction" apply to the installation of FischerTRAPEZ®.
