Das Element FischerWELLE 27/1.000 für Industrie- und Gewerbebau besteht aus verzinktem, kunststoffbeschichteten Stahlfeinblech und eignet sich für den Bau von Dach und Wand. Je nach Anwendungsbereich kann eine Blechdicke zwischen 0,70 und 1,25 mm gewählt werden. Abhängig von der Blechdicke bewegt sich das Gewicht des Wellprofils zwischen 7,0 und 12,5 kg/m2. The maximum available length of the corrugated profile is 12m.
Für die Montage von FischerWELLE gelten die „IFBS-Fachregeln des Metallleichtbaus“.
FischerWELLE für Industrie- und Gewerbebau besteht aus verzinktem, kunststoffbeschichteten Stahlfeinblech und eignet sich für den Bau von Dach und Wand.
Depending on the application, a sheet thickness between 0.70 and 1.25mm can be selected. The maximum available length of the corrugated profiled sheets is 12m. The WELL elements are produced at SAB Profiel, a sister company of Fischer Profil.
WELL profiles can be used for the construction of single skin and multi-layer roofs. When used for wall cladding, the elements can be mounted vertically or horizontally. The substructure and the elegant butt joints are available separately. Fischer Profil also offers the WELL profiles in a stainless steel version.
Beim Bau von einschaligen Wetterschutzdächern oder mehrschaligen durchlüfteten Metalldächern mit FischerWELLE der Dicke 0,70 mm kann auf der Innenseite der Elemente ein 1,0 mm dickes Polyestervlies aufgebracht werden. Es absorbiert Schall und nimmt Kondenswasser auf, welches bei veränderten Bedingungen zurück in die Umgebung abgegeben wird. Hierdurch verhindert das selbstklebende Vlies schädliches Abtropfen.
FischerWELLE ist auf Wunsch auch in Akustikausführung verfügbar. Die gelochten Akustik-Profile erreichen eine Minderung des Schallpegels im schallerzeugenden Bereich.
Die angebotenen Beschichtungsvarianten für FischerWELLE verbinden eine anspruchsvolle Ästhetik mit einem hohen Korrosionsschutz. Ausgewählt werden kann zwischen den Premiumbeschichtung Colorcoat Prisma und den Polyesterbeschichtungen Colorcoat® PE15 sowie Colorcoat® PE25. Die Beschichtungen sind in einem breiten Spektrum von Farbtönen mit einem hohen UV-Schutz verfügbar. Auf die Premiumbeschichtung Colorcoat Prisma® gewährt Fischer Profil die Confidex® Garantie mit einer Laufzeit von bis zu 40 Jahren.
