FischerKLIPTEC® standing seam profile is manufactured from galvanised, AluZinc coated or pre-painted steel, depending on the customer’s choice. The pre-fabricated FischerKLIPTEC® profiles sheets are used to create a roof cladding system, in combination with various load-bearing sheets and an intermediate insulation layer, or as a self-supporting structure. The roofing system is made up of just one element, accessories such as retaining angles or clips are not required as it is conveniently installed using a clip connection.
Depending on the area of application, a sheet thickness of 0.63 or 0.75mm can be selected; the maximum available length of the standing seam profiles is 18m. FischerKLIPTEC® is very robust and withstands extreme mechanical and corrosive stresses.
The standing seam profiles are ready for installation and can be mounted without additional brackets or special tools. Thanks to the clip technology from Fischer Profil, installation is very simple. With the profiled clip seam, no flanging is necessary, unlike with conventional standing seam products. The low weight also contributes to quick and easy installation.
The "IFBS technical rules for lightweight metal construction" apply to the installation of FischerKLIPTEC®.
