FischerTHERM Carrier D® Solar

Coordinated construction systems with approval

The construction systems for photovoltaic systems must be regulated in the building authority approval of the sandwich components. In contrast to trapezoidal profiles, sandwich elements are composite components for which all possible influencing variables are tested and regulated in the "Allgemeine bauaufsichtliche Zulassung" (abZ).
Whether for existing or new buildings - the right system for you is part of our general building approval (abZ).

The PV systems

The age of the building and the associated approval of the elements determines which system can be used. The solar modules are installed parallel to the roof. Depending on the system, various rails and holders are installed, on which the PV modules are clamped. The connection to the sandwich elements can be made in different ways:

  • Load application directly into the substructure
  • Mounting on or at the high beads, in the upper shell

You can find more information about our system partners in our Brochure Solar mounting systems for sandwich panels .

FischerTHERM Carrier D® sandwich elements

Basis for the PV system

  • Sandwich elements FischerTHERM Carrier D are available in thicknesses from 80 to 180 mm.
  • The construction width is 1,000 mm and the recommended maximum length is 26.4 meters
  • Colorcoat® SDP 50 and Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® are
    the perfect coatings
