FischerTHERM® wall sandwich panels for industrial and commercial building envelopes consist of two cover layers of pre-finished steel and a core of rigid PIR polyurethane foam. This is free of CFC and HCFC and therefore not harmful to the ozone layer. Depending on the cladding area and the desired thermal insulation, a thickness of 40 to 120mm can be selected. The as-built panel width is 1,100mm and the maximum available length is either 12 or 16m, depending on the panel thickness.
The FischerTHERM® insulated wall panels offer a wide range of designs with different surface textures (micro-ribbing, combination lining, etc.), so there are almost no limits to creative façade design.
All FischerTHERM® wall panels have excellent thermal insulation and airtightness. The optional DUO seal is installed at the factory and enables additional energy savings of up to 10%. The calculated joint permeability coefficient (a-value) exceeds the set value prescribed in the DIN standards by x100.

Declarations of performance
Declarations of performance are very important when providing specifiers with confirmation of European Standards in relation to the products they have used for their building. We provide a full library of DoPs in relation to our product which you can request here.
Whether it is a storm, hail or fire, a building is exposed to many dangers throughout its life. It is therefore important to be able to trust that roof and wall elements can withstand such forces of nature.
Sophisticated industrial architecture has the task of bringing together all building physics requirements with the aesthetic wishes of the architects and the economic conditions of the client.
