The FischerTHERM® T wall element for industrial and commercial construction consists of two face layers of pre-finished steel and a core of rigid PIR polyurethane foam. This is CFC- and HCFC-free and therefore does not damage the ozone layer. The outer skin of the element has a trapezoidal profiled surface structure, while the inner skin is lined. FischerTHERM® T is available in thicknesses of 95 mm and 135 mm. The construction width is 1,000 mm and the recommended maximum length is 16 meters.
The sandwich elements have excellent thermal insulation and air tightness with 0.28 and 0.19 W/(m²K) respectively. These excellent values of the prefabricated elements without thermal bridges, are achieved by the improved joint and with the joint sealing tape.
