The FischerTHERM® T pre-fabricated wall sandwich panels for industrial and commercial buildings consist of an external and internal pre-finished steel skin and a core of rigid PIR polyurethane foam. This foam is free of CFC and HCFC and therefore not harmful to the ozone layer. While the outer skin of the panel is trapezoidally profiled, the customer can choose between a lined or flat surface structure for the inner skin. FischerTHERM® T is available in a thickness of 85mm, an as-built panel width of 1,000mm and a recommended maximum length of 16m.
With 0.318W/(m2K), the sandwich panel has excellent thermal insulation and air tightness. The optional DUO seal gasket is installed at the factory and enables additional energy savings of up to 10%. The calculated joint permeability coefficient (a-value) exceeds the setpoint value specified in the DIN standards by 100x.

The trapezoidal profiled and thermally insulated wall element FischerTHERM® T 85 is delivered ready for installation and has a heat transfer coefficient (U-value) of only 0.318 W/(m2K).
