Perforated liner trays for walls with a height of 180mm and a 600mm width
The structural liner tray KASSETTE AK B 180/600 is made of galvanised, pre-painted steel sheet. The perforations serve to improve the room acoustics.
The liner tray is available in five different sheet thicknesses from 0.75mm to 1.25mm. The weight depends on the selected sheet thickness and the degree of perforation. The maximum available length is 18.0m.
KASSETTE AK B is manufactured from galvanised, pre-painted steel sheet and serves as an inner, load-bearing skin in double-skin wall systems. The perforated acoustic liner trays reduce the sound level in the surrounding area.
The perforated acoustic cassettes are fixed horizontally or vertically in to the building frame and carry the mineral wool thermal insulation.
You can choose between two standard perforation patterns: Perfo 3 and Perfo 4 (degree of perforation of 23.4 % and 11.7 % respectively). Other perforation patterns are available on request for larger quantities.
At Fischer Profil, KASSETTE AK B is available in a sheet thickness of 0.75 to 1.50mm. The weight depends on the selected sheet thickness and the degree of perforation. The maximum available length of the panels is 18.3m. KASSETTE AK B takes is produced in IJsselstein, Netherlands.
Gegenüber anderen Fassadenlösungen sind KASSETTEN sehr kostengünstig und bieten viel Freiheit bei der Wahl und Befestigung des Außenbleches. Fischer Profil empfiehlt für den Einsatz von KASSETTEN AK B die Wandelemente FischerTRAPEZ® oder Fischer WELLE als äußere Hülle, die auf den KASSETTEN montiert werden. Beim Einsatz von Mineralfaserdämmmaterial sind KASSETTEN in hohem Maß feuerbeständig und unterstützen die Schalldämmung.
Die angebotenen Beschichtungsvarianten für KASSETTE AK B verbinden eine anspruchsvolle Ästhetik mit einem hohen Korrosionsschutz. Ausgewählt werden kann zwischen den Polyesterbeschichtungen Colorcoat® PE15 und Colorcoat® PE25. Die Beschichtungen sind in einem breiten Spektrum von Farbtönen verfügbar.
