Innovative trapezoidal profile: One size fits all!

When it comes to economical creation of aesthetic building envelopes, the load-bearing FischerTRAPEZ® profiles are among the classics.
To enhance the range, Fischer Profil has launched the new trapezoidal profile FischerTRAPEZ 40/333 , that fits all FischerTHERM® roof sandwich panels.

The new trapezoidal profile can be used to extend any roof, clad with FischerTHERM® roof sandwich panels , whether in the span direction or perpendicular. It can be used, for example, with the span direction for canopies, or transversely to the span direction for roofing over storage areas or cold halls and for closing roof openings.

The FischerTRAPEZ 40/333 is available in four material thicknesses of 0.63 mm, 0.75 mm, 0.88 mm and 1.00 mm and in a range of different colors. It can be produced with a maximum length of up to 8.0 m.

On request, the trapezoidal profile can be provided with a fleece lining. The 1.0 mm thick polyester fleece prevents condensation from dripping into the building.

Guaranteed protection against corrosion thanks to high-quality pre-finished steel-systems

The optional 3 layer Colorcoat Prisma® pre-finished steel provides the external face of the FischerTRAPEZ 40/333 profile with excellent corrosion performance, as well as unsurpassed colour stability and gloss-retention. Following online registration the product is covered by the Confidex® Guarantee of up to 40 years when used for standard cladding applications in industrial and for commercial projects with an additional colour guarantee of up to 20 years for the 29 standard colours on the colourcard.
