Das trapezprofilierte und wärmegedämmte Element FischerFIREPROOF® MW Dach 120 wird montagefertig geliefert und eignet sich für Bauvorhaben mit hohen Anforderungen an den Brandschutz. Die maximal verfügbare Länge beträgt 14 Meter, die Baubreite der Elemente liegt bei 1.000 mm.
FischerFIREPROOF® MW Dach 120 mit Power T (Standardausführung) hat einen Wärmedurchgangskoeffizienten (U-Wert) von nur 0,45 W/(m²K) und erzielt so eine bis zu 10 Prozent höhere Wärmedämmung, als Elemente mit alternativen Füllungen aus Mineralwolle.
FischerFIREPROOF® MW-Dachelemente für den Industrie- und Gewerbebau bestehen aus zwei Deckschichten aus oberflächenbeschichtetem Stahl sowie einem hochfesten, nicht brennbaren Mineralfaserkern.
Depending on the area of application and desired thermal insulation, thicknesses from 100 to 240mm can be selected. The construction width of the elements is 1,000 mm and the maximum available length is 14m.
While the outer pre-finished steel skin is trapezoidally profiled, the standard version of the inner skin is a lined profile. Further surface finishes are available on request.
The mineral fibre sandwich panels from Fischer Profil score points with their comprehensive fire protection due to their non-combustible insulation core. They are therefore particularly suitable for construction projects with special requirements for fire resistance. They will prevent fire flashover in an emergency.
Der erstklassige Feuerwiderstand kann darüber hinaus zu einer Senkung der Versicherungsprämie des Gebäudes führen.
Alle FischerFIREPROOF® MW-Dachelemente verfügen dabei über eine ausgezeichnete Wärmedämmung und Luftdichtheit. Die Standardausführung mit Power T erreicht hervorragende U-Werte und eine bis zu 10 Prozent höhere Wärmedämmung, als Elemente mit alternativen Füllungen aus Mineralwolle.
Die angebotenen Beschichtungsvarianten für FischerFIREPROOF® MW-Dachelemente verbinden eine anspruchsvolle Ästhetik mit einem hohen Korrosionsschutz. Ausgewählt werden kann zwischen den Premiumbeschichtungen Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® und Colorcoat Prisma® sowie einem breiten Spektrum verfügbarer Farbtöne mit dauerhaftem UV-Schutz. Auf beide Premiumbeschichtungen gewährt Fischer Profil die Confidex® Garantie mit einer Laufzeit von bis zu 40 Jahren.
Sandwichelemente mit Mineralfaserkern erreichen einen Schalldämmwert von ca. 31 dB(A). Die Feuerbeständigkeit wurde gemäß NEN 6069 geprüft und umfassend dokumentiert. FischerFIREPROOF® MW-Dachelemente sind darüber hinaus von FM Approvals® zertifiziert.
