Das wärmegedämmte Element FischerFIREPROOF® MW 120 wird montagefertig geliefert und eignet sich für Bauvorhaben mit hohen Anforderungen an den Brandschutz. Die maximal verfügbare Länge beträgt 14 Meter, die Standard-Baubreite der Elemente liegt bei 1.100 mm.
FischerFIREPROOF® MW 120 mit Power T (Standardausführung) hat einen Wärmedurchgangskoeffizienten (U-Wert) von nur 0,31 W/(m²K) und erzielt so eine bis zu 10 Prozent höhere Wärmedämmung als Elemente mit alternativen Füllungen aus Mineralwolle.
FischerFIREPROOF® MW Power S mit Stützweiten von bis zu 10 Metern und besseren Statik-Werten ist auf Anfrage erhältlich.
FischerFIREPROOF® MW-Wandelemente für den Industrie- und Gewerbebau bestehen aus zwei Deckschichten aus oberflächenbeschichtetem Stahl sowie einem hochfesten, nicht brennbaren Mineralfaserkern.
Depending on the cladding area and desired thermal insulation, a thickness of 60 to 240mm can be selected. The as-built panel width is 1,100mm, other widths are available on request. The maximum available length is 14m. The standard profile for the inner skin is lined. For the outer skin, the customer can choose between a lined, micro-ribbed or flat surface profile. The flat version is only available in a sheet thickness of 0.70mm. Other surface profiles for the inside and outside are available on request.
The mineral fibre sandwich elements from Fischer Profil score points with their comprehensive fire protection due to non-combustible insulating materials. They are therefore particularly suitable for construction projects with high requirements for fire resistance and fire behaviour and prevent fire flashover in an emergency. The first-class fire resistance can also lead to a reduction in the insurance premium for the building.
Alle FischerFIREPROOF® MW-Wandelemente verfügen dabei über eine ausgezeichnete Wärmedämmung und Luftdichtheit. Die Standardausführung mit Power T erreicht hervorragende U-Werte und eine bis zu 10 Prozent höhere Wärmedämmung als Elemente mit alternativen Füllungen aus Mineralwolle. Auf Anfrage können Kunden auch FischerFIREPROOF® MW Power S wählen, wenn der Fokus nicht auf den thermischen Eigenschaften, sondern auf der Statik liegt. Durch die hier verwendete Füllung aus Mineralwolle werden große Stützweiten von bis zu 10 Metern möglich. Auf Anfrage gibt es FischerFIREPROOF® MW auch in Akustikausführung.
Wenn sichtbare Dichtschrauben an den Bauelementen unerwünscht sind, kann Fischer FIREPROOF® MW plus mit einer Baubreite von 1.000 mm gewählt werden. Die Geometrie der FischerFIREPROOF® MW Plus-Fuge verdeckt die Befestigungspunkte, verbessert so die Ästhetik und bietet noch mehr Schutz gegen Niederschlags- und Tauwasser.
Die angebotenen Beschichtungsvarianten für FischerFIREPROOF® MW-Wandelemente verbinden eine anspruchsvolle Ästhetik mit einem hohen Korrosionsschutz. Ausgewählt werden kann zwischen den Premiumbeschichtungen Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® und Colorcoat Prisma® sowie einem breiten Spektrum verfügbarer Farbtöne mit dauerhaftem UV-Schutz. Auf beide Premiumbeschichtungen gewährt Fischer Profil die Confidex® Garantie mit einer Laufzeit von bis zu 40 Jahren.
Sandwichelemente mit Mineralfaserkern erreichen einen Schalldämmwert von ca. 31 dB(A). Die Feuerbeständigkeit wurde gemäß NEN 6069 geprüft und umfassend dokumentiert. Die Wandelemente FischerFIREPROOF® MW sind darüber hinaus von FM Approvals® zertifiziert.
