WELL profile for roofs and walls with a height of 18mm and a width of 988mm
The WELLE Sinus 18/988 profile for industrial and commercial construction is manufactured from aluminium sheet. Is is also available with additional coil coating finish, and is suitable for roof and wall construction. Depending on the application, a sheet thickness between 0.70 and 1.0mm can be selected, with a corresponding weight of the corrugated profile ranging between 2.3 and 3.2kg/m2. This offers considerable advantages for the installation. The maximum available length of the construction element is 12m.
The "IFBS technical rules for lightweight metal construction" apply to the installation of Fischer WELLE.
Fischer WELLE for industrial and commercial construction ia manufactured from aluminium sheet and is suitable for roof and wall cladding.
Depending on the application, a sheet thickness between 0.70 and 1.00mm can be selected. The maximum available length of the construction elements is 12m. The WELL elements are produced at SAB Profiel and Montana, the sister companies of Fischer Profil.
WELL profiles can be used for the construction of single skin and multi-layer roofs. When used for wall cladding, the elements can be mounted vertically or horizontally. The substructure and the elegant butt joints are available separately.
When constructing single-skin weather protection roofs or multi-layer ventilated metal roofs with 0.7mm gauge Fischer WELLE profiles, a 1.0 to 1.4mm thick polyester fleece can be applied to the inside of the sheets. It absorbs sound and condensation water. The condensation water is released back into the environment when conditions change. In this way the self-adhesive fleece prevents harmful condensation damage.
Fischer WELL profiles are also available in acoustic design on request. The perforated acoustic profiles achieve a reduction of the sound level in the surrounding area.
Fischer WELLE is available in coated or plain aluminium.
