New management at Fischer Profil

With Gordon Brede and Michael Wahl, Fischer Profil GmbH has a new dual leadership with effect from April 1st, 2021. They will replace the previous Managing Director Dr.-Ing. Horst Dieter Schulz, who has taken his well-deserved retirement.

Gordon Brede (52) has already held management positions in the industry for more than two decades. Mr. Brede most recently headed the sales division at Fischer Profil, which he took over in 2017 following a move from Hoesch Bausysteme, Kreuztal-Eichen. In his new position, he is now responsible for managing finance, procurement and materials management in addition to sales and marketing. Gordon Brede says: "We would like to thank Dr. Horst Dieter Schulz for his focused leadership and extraordinary commitment. I already started my career as Team Leader Sales at Fischer Profil 20 years ago and now I am looking forward to further develop the company together with Michael Wahl and the focus on our customers."

Michael Wahl (58) also looks back on a long career in the industry. For several years, he worked in the automotive sector as production manager and later as division manager for production at Unilux AG. For the last 14 years, Mr. Wahl was responsible for factory management at Fischer Profil. As Managing Director, he is now responsible for Production, Human Resources, Development, Approvals, Health and Safety as well as Quality Control. "I am very pleased about this new challenge," says Michael Wahl "and I am ready to tackle it in dual leadership with Gordon Brede. Our goal is to further strengthen Fischer Profil as a reliable and future-oriented partner for our customers."
